There is no right or wrong time to take a course, but from your 20th week of pregnancy is usually what I recommend.
Practice plays a key part and the earlier you learn, the longer you have to practice. (That's not to say you cannot take a course later in pregnancy.) If in doubt, just ask.
Absolutely, yes!
Your partner plays an incredibly important role in the birth of your baby and the course content reflects this.
By attending the course, your partner will be best equipped to support you.
Your investment covers both yourself & your partner and also includes a course workbook, mp3 recordings, positive affirmations birth preferences template as well as access to Mindful Birth & Beyond antenatal and postnatal digital course (RRP £50), and my support up until your baby is born.
