my next course

My next Group course is running throughout July where I will be supporting up to 5 couples who want to feel calm, confident, prepared and excited for their birth.

If that's you, I would LOVE to support you in preparing to meet your baby.

Taking place over 4 x 2 hour Zoom sessions this course means you can learn from the comfort of your own home, and be supported not only by me, but by other expectant parents too in a small, intimate group.

I PROMISE there's no awkward roleplay.

The course would be ideal timing for anyone expecting a baby in late August, September or October (but that's not to say you can't learn if you are earlier or later in pregnancy.)

The course is a full antenatal birth preparation course, designed for anyone who is currently expecting and who is keen to prepare for their most positive birth experience possible.

We'll cover all birth types* (including unplanned abdominal caesarean births) to ensure you are prepared to calmly and confidently navigate any twists or turns, however and wherever you meet your baby.

Sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings at 19:15 (UK time) on the following dates:  6th, 13th, 20th, 27th July 2022.

The July course would be ideal timing for anyone due on late August, September or October but that's not to say you can't learn if you are earlier or later in pregnancy. 

There is no right or wrong time to take a course, but from your 20th week of pregnancy is usually what I recommend. 

The key to the course and what you will learn is practice: the earlier you learn , the longer you have to practice and feel the benefits.

That's not to say you cannot learn earlier (if you wish) or later in pregnancy - it's never too late!
